I have to remind myself every time I listen to this latest album from Edmonton's Colleen Brown that it is only her second album. This record sounds like the songs were penned by someone who has been honing her craft for years, a voice that certainly has taken years of touring and recording to find its true identity. "Foot in Heart" was a way for Brown to get through the end of a long term relationship.
