This information is only collected when submitted to us voluntarily.

Access to a non-affiliated web site is at the user's own risk and KERFMUSIC is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data, opinions, advice or statements made on these sites. KERFMUSIC provides these links merely as a convenience and the inclusion of such links does not imply an endorsement.

3-DISCLOSURE AND PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

KERFMUSIC does not share, sell, rent or provide in any other form, personal information to other entities, whether corporate or personal. Your personal information will only be used by KERFMUSIC for the internal operation of its' website and business. As kerfmusic.com is an e-commerce website, it will take all technical and managerial measures to maintain PCI (Paymant Card Industry) compliance. We will also take all managerial and technical measures to ensure that all other personal data is safeguarded.

4-NON PERSONAL INFORMATION

In addition, KERFMUSIC collects non personal information. Non personal information is information that does not identify you personally. Information such as your IP address and web browser are collected. These are used for website administration, security, and to troubleshoot any system problems.

5-REFUNDS

All sales are final, which doesn't mean we don't care about the product we offer, or you, as a valued member.If you are not happy with the download, please call Dave, the head honcho at KERFMUSIC, at 403.270.3091. He'll be happy to help you out. If for some reason the downloaded files you got though KERFMUSIC are not to par, we will gladly investigate the cause, and resend them to you. Or offer you a credit if case may be. Not a problem. Not liking the music you purchased does not constitute a reason for KERFMUSIC to resend or credit your account. We will do our best to satisfy you. KERFMUSIC reserves the right to suspend, or terminate your membership in any case of abuse towards staff at KERFMUSIC, or its' property (read servers).

6-CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

KERFMUSIC may, at its' sole discretion, update this policy at any time and from time to time, by posting the amended policy on this website.
